The home fries are nicely cooked and are flavorful. Pancakes and specials also look good. Unfortunately, word is that this place will close at the end of the year to be replaced by a high rise or some other development. Too bad. ”

The potatoes were light and fluffy, not the oily frozen home fries that I've come to expect and reject. The staff was friendly and seemed to intentionally connect with their customers. Parking may not be in front but it's nearby. ”

“ This is my favorite breakfast place in Bethesda. So many blocks in that area have changed beyond recognition, but this place on the corner has been a constant for years. There is metered parking on the street around the corner, plus a county garage directly across St. Elmo. It looks to me like the ownership may have changed, but the great quality has not. They have many options on their all day menu. We had breakfast today: I chose a spinach and feta omelet, which was perfect. Grits are an option instead of potatoes, and grits always make me happy. They have table service; this is not a "place your order at the counter" experience. It is a friendly, relaxing spot. ”

Got some coffee, Orange Juice, Water along with our breakfast entrees. I got a Ham and Cheese Omelette and it tasted great! Service is always excellent by a Korean family who runs the restaurant.
